With You Challenge Results

​

The “With You” Challenge was an incredible success for the SIRFC Alumni. Thanks to the generosity of our alumni community, we exceeded our fundraising goal by nearly $10,000, raising the funds in less than six months with support from 36 donors.

​

The challenge was launched by a generous alumni patron who pledged to match the first $10,000 raised, bringing the total impact of the campaign to $20,000 in support of the SIRFC mission and the continued growth of the Men’s and Women’s rugby programs.

​

As part of the campaign, donors were entered into raffles at the $500 and $250 giving levels. We are grateful not only to our winners, but also for the generosity many of them showed in giving their winnings back:

• $500 Raffle Winners: Chris Eames and Andrew Perlmutter — both graciously donated their winnings back to the organization.

• $250 Raffle Winners: Rick Hanetho and Darcie Hastings — Rick donated his winnings back to the organization, while Darcie donated her prize to Apryl’s cancer fundraising efforts.

 

The “With You” Challenge is a great example of what the SIRFC alumni community can accomplish when we come together to support the program. Thank you to every donor who contributed and helped make this campaign such a success.
