What is the "With You" Challenge?

● A fundraising matching challenge to our SIRFC Alumni by a generous alumni donor.
● Our alumni patron will match $10,000 raised through this challenge for a grand total of
   $20,000.
        ○ The Donor and the Board of Directors recommend these funds be used in
             supporting either the Men's or Women's Teams based on needs and funding
             requests by the teams. Most importantly though the Mission of the SIRFC
              Alumni,
● Donor Incentive to Contribute: A raffle, also sponsored by our generous alumni
    contributor, for two donation levels.
        ○ $500 Donors are automatically entered into a raffle for (2) $500 prizes.
         ○ $250 Donors are automatically entered into a raffle for (2) $250 prizes.
● Any level of donations can be made in support of the "With You Challenge."
 

How is the money being spent?
● The Corporate Treasurer will establish the yearly budget as defined by the Financial
   Operating Procedure.
● The duly elected Board of Directors has the fiduciary responsibility to spend the funds
   wisely in support of the Corporate Mission.
● Our earlier "Tex Challenge" successfully raised $3000 for the 2025 / 2026 specifically
    for operating costs of the SIRFC Alumni, Inc.
● This "With You Challenge" will fund the launch and sustained funding of the SIU
   Rugby Club Development Programs for coaching and player support.
